Location: Eden Prairie
The Education Channel Sales Manager is accountable for driving overall Educational Stratasys business and sales within an assigned territory. This individual will manage the educational sales of Stratasys solutions sold by North American Education Partners to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual quotas are met and exceeded. The Sales Manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining territory business plans, coverage mapping, forecasting unit sales, sales training, making joint sales calls, on-boarding and dismissing partners and use case knowledge sharing. This individual will establish effective communication and maintain good working relationships by acting as a liaison between Stratasys and Partner organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
- Create and execute business plans for the territory.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and follow-up on actions to strengthen partner relationships in the territory.
- Lead Communications
- Drive Marketing Campaigns
- Manage Forecast and Trainings
- Post-Sales Communication and Logistics
- Ensure proper sales coverage within the territory.
- Identify, select, and train partner organizations.
- Conduct high-level joint sales calls with partner sales representatives as needed.
- Ensure marketing programs and promotions are being executed by partners.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Interface between customer service, order management, client engagement and other key groups within Stratasys to ensure business completion.
- Proactively plan and support regionally focused partner sales activities with Stratasys support.
- Conduct monthly account reviews with partner principals and partner sales teams.
- Communicate product, industry, and competitive information to sales reps to assist in the closing business.
- Participate as needed in regional and national trade shows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of sales experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of solution based sales experience selling both at the end user or dealer level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Demonstrated experience working with PCs and various software/hardware applications.
- Experience in consultative selling or “turn-key” (hardware and software) systems.
- Prior experience working directly with resellers in a channel sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate indirect salespeople, business owners and drive reseller motivation.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 60%

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $80,000- $100,00 base salary, which does not include Sales incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
