Do you enjoy working in quality and additive manufacturing?  Our Quality Department is looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, self-driven person to join our innovative organization. This position is responsible for managing our Document Control process, coordinating our Material Review Board and handling of the site's Non-Conformance Reports.


Our Quality Department is looking for a Documentation Control Specialist to join our team in Valencia. 

  • Will manage the Document Control Process: Edit, format and evaluate existing documentation for applicability / completeness, review changes for accuracy and compliance to internal policies, route for signatures and release within document control system.
  • Material Review Board (MRB): Manage site nonconformity report (NCR) for completeness and proper approvals prior to closing, monitor and assure all negative customer surveys are properly documented and managing the weekly MRB activities to assure parts are properly dispositioned.


As a part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 



  • 2 + years Document Control or related experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word and overall strong computer skills).



  • Experience working with Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Experience working within a Material Review Board (MRB)
  • Experience working in a Quality Department
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
