About this role

The Senior Marketing manager in Asia Pacific is responsible for leading, managing and supporting the local marketing teams, helping them plan and execute their marketing plans to reach their goals. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, collaborative, and willing to work in a global and matrix environment. This role requires experience leading B2B marketing teams and channel marketing across APAC with proven experience in China, Japan, and Korea.


What You Will Do:

  • Drive demand generation efforts within the region through multiple online and offline platforms to reach MQLs and OPPs targets
  • Create and execute regional marketing strategy, ensuring all campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead, inspire, manage, coach, and support local teams of high-performing marketing professional
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to implement and execute of regional plans
  • Collaborate with the regional heads, sales, SDRs, and Channels to maximize marketing results
  • Work closely with our channel marketing team to maximize outcomes from channel marketing programs
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Measure the success of all APAC marketing activities and provide periodical performance analysis and insights
  • Support development of brand and brand strategy in APAC
  • Work closely with our PR manager to oversee corporate communications, press enquires and all PR communications for APAC
  • Co-Manage external PR & marketing agencies, including agency selection, budget management, performance monitoring and vendor relationship management

What Will You Have to Be Success

  • 5+ years in cross regional and cross-cultural working experience across Asia Pacific with proven experience in China, Japan, and Korea.
  • 5+ years in channel marketing leadership or leadership roles in B2B technology companies
  • 10+ years in progressive modern marketing roles in B2B technology companies
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business degree
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Results driven and customer-focused team player that understands what is required to gain preference and win in the marketplace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Superior communications skills with ability to communicate with senior business leaders
  • Field, channel or alliance experience related roles with proven success and knowledge of best practices
  • Resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an independent and proactive work attitude; attention to details is essential
  • Skilled collaborator with an appreciation for sales and channel dynamics
  • Ability to quickly assess the goals of a project, potential pitfalls and offer contingency plans
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms, CRM, digital marketing platforms, and tools (such as Marketo, Salesforce, WeChat, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Ability to travel about 40% of time within and outside region
