Inside sales Manager

Position Summary:  

Drive the sales of Stratasys products, parts and materials with existing and new customers by responding in a timely manner to leads generated through incoming phone, email, web and live chat inquiries. Effectively create leads and execute outbound prospecting and sales campaigns into new verticals and high value prospective accounts to develop a qualified pipeline. Work closely with internal Sales, Channel, Marketing and Customer Service teams, as well as with end customers, resellers and the entire service management group in South Asia.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Drive the sales of Stratasys products, maintenance contracts and materials with existing and new customers to meet revenue expectations and achieve business results
  • Monitor and manage sales processes for lead generation and qualification, product selection and sales process, negotiations and closing of deals
  • Respond in a timely manner to incoming phone, email, and web inquiries, and respond timely to leads generated by marketing, promotions and sales executives to provide high-quality lead generation
  • Actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, prospecting, networking and social media activity – pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Understand and clearly communicate the Stratasys value proposition and applications to prospective clients
  • Act as primary point of contact for requests for information, quotes and general follow-up activities with the designated customer base
  • Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in SalesForce.com
  • Meet or exceed region targeted sales quotas for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and PolyJet (PJ) products
  • Meet Operational and Business processes, targets and KPI's  (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
  • Develop and maintain account profiles and report important account developments
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on printer products and services, industry products and services, and industry changes and developments
  • Collaborating with various functions such as Marketing team, Customer Support team, Channel Development to ensure sufficient resources for the vertical market, and to align with the company goals and processes
  • Demonstrate commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job

 

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

Required

  • Associate’s degree/ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
  • 8 years of sales experience required
  • Prefer experience with;
    • Inside sales of technology products or services in a business-to-business sales environment
    • Outbound sales experience
    • Working with Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting
  • Must be results driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
