Stratasys is offering a role as: 

Senior Sales Manager - Fashion Industry (Italy) (m/f/d) based remotely 


You will execute the sales strategy in the Italian fashion market, bringing innovative PolyJet printing technology to designers and fashion producers. Your reporting line is to the Vice President (Materials & Design). 
Your role: 

  • Responsible for achieving 3D Fashion (PolyJet) targets as set in the annual SIP plan (Sales Incentive Program)
  • In charge of direct and indirect sales of hardware, related accessories, software, materials and service for your defined region
  • Responsible to acquire new customers in the fashion industry & managing their accounts in an ongoing, close manner
  • Responsible for scaling the business via newly recruited resellers, including on-boarding, business plans, and ongoing management and support 
  • Jointly with the Segment Marketing Manager, responsible for having targeted demand gen campaigns and tracking their effectiveness
  • Responsible for tracking, managing the opportunities pipe and forecasting the 3D Fashion (PolyJet) business in your region
  • Monitoring competitors and reporting findings to your manager

Your background:  

  • A must: you are very familiar with the fashion industry, ideally having worked with a fashion service bureau or in fashion production, and you have a strong network within the fashion industry in your region
  • You bring minimum 5 years of successful business/sales/account management in B2B fashion industries
  • You have a university/college degree in mechanical engineering, or a similar technical degree
  • Experience in 3D printing is a plus! 
  • You demonstrate mature business development skills
  • You have excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
  • You are a self-motivated and highly collaborative team player 
  • You are used to working independently and with minimum guidance 
  • Your excellent communication, creativity and presentation skills in English (spoken and written) are in addition to your native-level proficiency in Italian 
  • You are flexible with the required domestic travel approximately 50% (as required / flexible) and home office
