Senior Sales Manager DACH  (m/f/d) 

(based remotely) 

 

You will own the go-to-market strategy for Stereolithography in the DACH region, driving new client acquisition and focusing on building new business (direct sales).  

  

Main tasks 

  • Maximize sales in the region with focus on hardware sales, but including also materials and service sales 

  • Acquisition of new customers in the segments of design, engineering and manufacturing 

  • Identifying target markets and within target clients through to initiating contact identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders 

  • Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximize sales and deliver accurate forecast 

  • Support and of existing customers, by generating revenue through cross sell und up-sell activities 

  • Support of channel business in all sales related topics 

  • Support in lead acquisition 

  • Development of user stories and 

  • Delivering accurate forecast and reports as required by the management 

  

  

Qualifications 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role, with deep experience in Solution Driven Sales and/or Account Management 

  • Technical Knowledge – you hold a degree in mechanical engineering, or a similar technical degree

  • Demonstrate business development skills 

  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills 

  • Self-motivated and a highly collaborative team player 

  • Work independently and with minimum guidance 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (spoken and written) and native-level proficiency in German 

  • International travel requirement about 50% (as required / flexible)
