Stratasys is offering a role as: Sales Operations Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) 


You are the operational backbone of the Sales department! You accelerate the sales process by supporting sales teams in day-to-day operation and equipping channel partners with strong programs to win over competition and accelerate their sales. You focus on sustainable, scalable enablement and infrastructure processes. You report to the Head of Sales Effectiveness and have around six teammates in similar and complementary roles.  


Your role: 

  • Support sales teams in day-to-day tasks leading to sales process acceleration and drive improvements from learning 
  • Engage closely with partner sales staff to nurture professional working relation and increase loyalty 
  • Identify, define and execute projects improving Sales efficiency 
  • Ensure readiness and execution of partner program activities 
  • Execute Reseller contract confirmations process 
  • Support in operative project business as well as in knowledge transfer and further development. 


Your background:  

  • You have a degree in Economics, business administration or a comparable qualification 
  • You have at least two years of work experience in a similar role 
  • You are skilled at establishing external and internal relationships and engaging with business stakeholders in an international environment 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English 
  • Ideally, you are used to working with Channel partners 
  • You have a hands-on mindset, able to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are a team player
