The position summary:

Recently established with a bold mission to accelerate the digital transformation of Dentistry and backed with disruptive new offerings, Stratasys Dental is looking for rock-star individuals to join our talented and growing team. The Dental Sales Manager, Germany will play a key part in supporting our bold growth plans in this segment. Reporting to the Dental Commercial Director for Europe, this individual will execute the regional sales strategy, including lead generation, sales execution, channel management, as well as establishing key accounts and KOL programs. Bringing to the table your expertise in delivering as a trusted consultant to the dental industry, join our team and take part in defining the future of the Dental industry.



What you will be doing:

· Responsible for direct and indirect dental sales of hardware, related accessories, software, materials, and service in your region.

· Execute the sales strategy in Germany to meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

· Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects, including key decision makers and senior management.

· Scale the business in close collaboration with existing resellers as well as newly recruited resellers, including on-boarding, business plans and ongoing management and support.

· Collaborate with Stratasys Dental Marketing, Product and Sales Enablement teams on marketing programs, customer events and regional trade shows to meet lead generation and sales goals.

· Represent and promote the company at key Dental events and networks in Germany, advancing Stratasys’ brand in the dental market.


Must have for this role:

· Minimum 5 years of successful business/sales/account management in the dental industry, with focus on B2B (Labs or OEMs).

· Strong network within your region with leading Dental labs, OEMs, and ecosystem players.

· Excellent communication, creativity, and presentation skills in English (spoken and written) are in addition to your native-level proficiency in German.

· Flexible with the required domestic travel, approx. 50% (as required) and home office based in Germany.

· Result driven, self-motivated, and able to work well with others.


Nice to have:

· Experience in dental 3D printing and digital dentistry.


Travel required: 40-50%
