About The Finance Manager

This role sits within the Stratasys finance organization. As Finance Manager EMEA, you are the end-to-end finance lead for iAM’s EMEA entities. You ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency, while enabling growth in a dynamic marketplace environment. You will work closely with the iAM leadership, EMEA stakeholders, and Stratasys corporate finance,  combining the agility of a scale-up with the governance of a listed global company.

What You Will Do

End-to-end financial ownership for iAM EMEA entities, including:

•              Financial close, reporting, and statutory compliance (US GAAP & local GAAP)

•              General ledger integrity, intercompany accounting, and audit coordination

•              Cash flow oversight, treasury compliance, and working capital management

•              Tax coordination (VAT, local filings, audits, transfer pricing support)

•              Design and maintenance of internal controls in non-Oracle environments

•              Finance process improvement, automation, and system optimization

•              Acting as a trusted finance partner to business leaders

•              Leading and developing a small, geographically distributed finance team

What We Are Looking For

•              Solid finance leadership experience (8+ years) in an international environment

•              Strong accounting foundation and hands-on operational mindset

•              Experience managing entities outside large ERP systems

•              Comfortable operating between corporate governance and business pragmatism

•              Confident stakeholder manager who can explain finance to non-finance leaders
