Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Lead and manage the annual strategic planning cycle towards AOP, including consolidation of the company's 5Y plan and overall roadmap.
  • Oversee the company's Competitive landscape and manage the company's CI forum with quarterly competitive analysis.
  • Support the company's business units with market research and analysis.
  • Support the company's global processes such as PLCM, 5Y financial modelling process – Monitoring, Revalidating and Consolidating all BU's long-term plans
  • Lead key strategy projects and lead project work streams across the company
  • Take active part in wider Corporate Development team activities to ensure the company’s strategic directions
  • Interact with key stakeholders at Stratasys to support and monitor cross-organizational strategy and annual planning processes.
  • Support strategic CEO initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience

  • BA in Accounting, Economics, Industrial engineering, Business Management, or equivalent degree is a must.
  • MBA or other related advanced degree is a big advantage. Preference to MBA from a top tier business school.
  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated Strategy planning, consulting, etc. background from a corporate strategy function or strategic consulting firm.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and inter-personal skills.
  • Highly independent and self-driven.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills as well as strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior management.
