We’re looking for a motivated and curious R&D Night Student to join our dynamic and fast-paced Application & R&D Tech group. If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to get hands-on with real-world innovation- this is your opportunity!

 

What will you be doing: 

  • Work during night shifts as part of a flexible student schedule
  • Operate 3D printers, mechanical testing equipment, and other physical measurement tools
  • Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed reports, including complex statistical analysis
  • Support R&D experiments and collect critical data
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and calibration
  • Collaborate closely with R&D engineers and contribute to ongoing projects

 

Must have for this role: 

  • You’re a registered Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Physics student at a recognized academic institution, with at least 1.5 years remaining in your studies
  • Willing and able to work night shifts, including Friday mornings and Saturday nights
  • Familiarity with materials science, manufacturing techniques, and general engineering principles
  • Hands-on skills for designing and executing tests
  • Ability to carry out tasks from initial requirements through experimentation to system implementation
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design
  • Experience in hardware/system testing and reliability is a plus
  • Available for a 60% position (approximately 3–4 shifts per week)
