Stratasys is hiring a PMO to the CEO — a trusted partner supporting the CEO in driving key initiatives, ensuring structured execution, and enabling effective decision-making across the company. The role offers broad exposure to strategic activities while remaining focused on operational support and coordination.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO’s daily business activities, including joining relevant meetings, capturing key points and action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Build and refine presentations for Board meetings and strategic events (Town Halls, partner meetings, investor sessions), working closely with content owners to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Track and manage the CEO’s priorities, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across the organization.
  • Represent the CEO in selected task forces or strategic projects, maintaining continuity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with the CEO on building the company’s strategic roadmap and ensuring its execution across teams
  • Serve as project manager for significant business initiatives and major transactions led by the CEO
  • Implement tools and best practices that improve executive collaboration, task management, and information flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and senior managers to support coordinated delivery on cross-company initiatives.

  • Curiosity and familiarity with all major business areas (finance, sales, HR, R&D, marketing, product, etc.).
  • Act as a reliable, discreet, and solutions-oriented partner to the CEO.
  • Strong sense of ownership in a multitasking environment

 

Qualifications

  • MBA from a leading business school with 3+ years of relevant experience,
    or BA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in demanding business environments (Consulting, VC, BizDev, Strategy, Finance preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (native-level).
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural organization.

 

Travel Requirement

  • ~15%
