We are looking for an experienced PMO to join our Product Organization and lead cross-functional product-related projects and processes. In this role, you will drive project execution, governance, product lifecycle management, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to influence how products are developed, launched, and managed across a global technology organization.

This is a temp 8 month replacement.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Product Manager – Post Processing Solutions

  • Own the strategy, growth, and commercialization of the Post Processing Solutions portfolio, including releasing third-party products, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with key technology providers, including roadmap alignment, business reviews, and joint growth initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from partner onboarding and product introduction through commercialization, portfolio optimization, and business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to strengthen Stratasys' end-to-end additive manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, margins, forecasts, pipeline, and adoption metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.

PLCM / PLP & Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Own Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) and Product Launch Process (PLP) activities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, cost tracking, reporting, and governance.
  • Coordinate project forums, drive follow-up on actions, and maintain project visibility through dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and proactively drive issue resolution and process improvements.

Product Group Processes & Project Management

  • Consolidate and track product workplans to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to improve execution visibility and support decision-making.
  • Lead or support pricing, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Own portfolio item classification (Product Hierarchy, Activity Analysis, and Brand) across technologies to ensure structured portfolio management and reporting.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred technical/engineering field)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects or directing cross-functional teams (preferred experience managing PLCM workflows)
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering/product environment
  • Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills
  • Experience leading diverse, high performing matrixed teams
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by team members and leadership
  • Experience with a project management tool, such as Microsoft Project or Monday.com
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accreditations from Project Management organizations (advantage)
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships on a multi-level basis.
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
