We are looking for a PMO for product-related projects and processes (PLCM, PLP, work plans, data analytics, activities dashboards, VOC consolidation, etc.).

Be accountable for the processes governance, lead enhancement projects, identify risks, help develop corrective actions, proactively identify process improvement opportunities and provide change recommendations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

PLCP & PLP project management

  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables per specifications and schedule; set priorities and resolve conflict among functions
  • Accountable for all phases of the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process and Product Launch Process (PLP), including:
    • Project scope management
    • Project schedule and development
    • Tracking and reporting and overall project status
    • Risk identification and mitigation plan development
    • Project cost estimating and reporting
    • Administrative duties related to the project
  • Work with product manager to identify & assign tasks to project team leaders for PLCM and other product processes
  • Coordinates project forums (e.g., status, boards, gate meetings, project launch plan), owns and drives follow-up on notes and action items
  • Responsible for maintaining project accuracy within various project tracking tools (boards & dashboards)
  • Provide pro-active communication of program status to relevant functional managers, project stakeholders and program sponsors
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and provide change recommendations

Product group processes and projects management

  • Consolidate & track product workplans
  • Suggest & enhance activities dashboards
  • Lead data analytics projects that support product management execution
  • Lead or support pricing and budget related projects and processes
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred technical/engineering field)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects or directing cross-functional teams (preferred experience managing PLCM workflows)
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering/product environment
  • Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills
  • Experience leading diverse, high performing matrixed teams
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by team members and leadership
  • Experience with a project management tool, such as Microsoft Project or Monday.com
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accreditations from Project Management organizations (advantage)
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships on a multi-level basis.
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
