Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Leading HR business users, IT project teams, and external partners to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met.
  • Establish good and productive work relationships with HR business partners.
  • Defining and negotiating project scope, creating documentation of business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the business team, development team and quality assurance team to ensure successful implementation of business requirements, and working collaboratively with IT and business partners to resolve issues.
  • Conduct current and "to be” process analysis utilizing business and systems expertise.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes, data flows, and service provider systems
  • Participate in end-to end implementation planning to include change management, training and support
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of accurate project status information that is communicated to the business sponsor(s) on regularly scheduled intervals
  • Gather important data necessary for troubleshooting / root cause determination

Manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently, and be involved in the
work with customers, subject matter experts, IT team members and IT management to track and prioritize issues

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering/Information systems/equivalent relevant education
  • 4+ years as HR business analyst work experience with enterprise scale solutions (SuccessFactors/ SAP/ Oracle)
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and interfacing systems; Core employee data, Recruiting, performance, compensation learning, Payroll systems, cross org process design.
  • Customer focused and detail oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related areas
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously
