Global Communications Specialist

You will support day-to-day internal and external communication activities across the organization, helping drive clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across multiple channels. In this role, you will create and publish content, coordinate communication initiatives, maintain communication platforms, and support the execution of global communications programs and campaigns. You will work closely with the global communications team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and alignment of communication activities across the company.

 

Key responsibilities:

Internal communications execution

  • Execute internal communications plans and deliverables based on global direction.
  • Draft, edit, and publish content across internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email communications).
  • Maintain internal communications channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned.
  • Support leadership communications, town halls, and employee events (content, logistics, and follow-up).
  • Manage content calendars and track communications deliverables and timelines.

External communications support

  • Support execution of external communications activities in line with global strategy (e.g., announcements, campaigns, and media-related activities).
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of interviews, speaking opportunities, and external engagements.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide summaries or alerts as needed.
  • Support internal alignment and distribution of external communications materials.

Coordination and workflow support

  • Coordinate with Leadership, HR and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and deliver communication outputs.
  • Manage incoming communications requests and help prioritize and route them appropriately.
  • Support communication processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency

 

Qualifications and experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in internal and/or external communications or a related field.
  • Strong execution, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience in a corporate or technology environment, an advantage.
  • Native-level English is required.
