What you will be doing:


  • Leading Printing process activities E2E from the feasibility stage till implementation including requirements definition, planning, design, validation and implementation
  • Defining, leading and performing tests and development activities in R&D labs and on printers.
  • Analyze problems and document testing detailed reports.
  • Operating Testing Center machines
  • Process R&D experiments and collect data
  • Check and monitor the products quality
  • Interface with the platform to Perform machine operation tasks and calibrations
  • Understand System aspects of the printing process such as mechanics, electronics, drop dynamics, and printing SW
  • Working in full alignment with all R&D matrix, project managers, Chemistry researchers and system engineers

Must have for this role:


  • Materials/Chemistry/Mechanical engineering – B.Sc. from a leading university. (M.Sc. preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a multidisciplinary environment 
  • Ability to lead tasks, prioritize actions and perform under tight deadlines
  • A team player with high motivation and good personal skills
  • Hand-on capabilities and strong trouble shooting skills


Nice to have for this role:


  • Background in printing industry, polymer chemistry or material curing processes – an advantage
  • Experience in HW/System testing & reliability- an advantage
  • Knowledge in system engineering and definition of system requirements – an advantage
