We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior PMO with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to join our Global Operations group.
In this key role, you will report to the VP Global Operations and lead the development and execution of strategic projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the VP Global Operations and act as their right hand in driving global initiatives.
  • Work closely with the COO functions and senior operational leaders (supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing) to align and coordinate activities across regions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives: analyze gaps, identify root causes, test solutions, and ensure execution.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, track their implementation, and improve and standardize processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Manage the operational preparation for QBRs – collect inputs, align stakeholders, and ensure readiness.
  • Support the COO in preparing the AOP – including coordination across global teams and tracking key milestones.
  • Lead integration efforts and process alignment in newly acquired companies.
  • Act as a key point of contact with senior stakeholders and interface across functions and regions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management roles within global operations.
  • Deep understanding of all operational processes with a “big picture” perspective.
  • Experience in building and implementing structured work methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications in operational or analytical contexts – an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Independent, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English – written and verbal – is a must.
