Stratasys is looking for a Marketing Operation Specialist to be a valuable member in the Global Marketing Data, Analytics and Operation team. You will be responsible for global marketing operation activities, supporting and guiding marketing members.  

 

Location: Rehovot, Israel 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Maintain and develop Stratasys marketing operational activities, lead scoring programs, segmentation strategies and create targeted audiences based on behaviors, demographics, etc. 
  • Ensure customer data is integrated accurately across marketing automation (e.g. Marketo), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), website, and other digital marketing platforms.  
  • Manage and maintain the company's MarTech platforms, including onboarding new users, integrations, data transfer and reporting. 
  • Support the different marketing and business stakeholders’ activities with marketing operational activities such as implementing and maintaining the website's forms, managing users and platform integration, improving operational marketing processes performance and more. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and other units to plan and execute effective marketing activities. 
  • Collaborate with developers on integration projects to sync data between systems. 

Requirements: 

 

  • Proven hands-on experience on Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM - a must, Marketo - an advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, database segmentation, digital marketing, campaign management  
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to drive improvements, including working with Excel and other data analytics tools. 
  • Detailed-oriented, methodological, and can-do attitude, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Experience working with additional marketing technology tools: Google Analytics, Bizible, Webinar tools, and more 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • Proven team player, and highly independent. 
  • Excellent English speaking and writing. Additional languages – advantage 
  • Technical skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (beneficial) 
  • Background in sales and marketing processes
