We’re looking for a seasoned procurement professional to lead global sourcing across key indirect categories, including IT, HR, professional services, marketing, and more. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders worldwide to ensure procurement strategies are aligned, efficient, and deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Global sourcing strategies across assigned indirect categories
- Manage preferred suppliers, including performance tracking, negotiations, and contract oversight
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define needs, align priorities, and drive procurement initiatives
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Improve supplier relationships and streamline procurement processes globally
- Ensure compliance, contract renewals, and documentation are well maintained
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment (strong preference)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a matrix structure
- Fluent in English; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems
- Four Year Degree – Engineering, business, or Finance
- Team Work: Promotes and facilitates coordination and cooperation among peers.
- Analytical Ability: Applies management science, statistics, and computer technology to solve problems
- ERP experience Oracle Working knowledge of Project Management Software preferred.
