HR Recruiter - 80% Student Position

We are looking for a motivated Master’s student to join our global Talent Acquisition team at Stratasys.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and related programs within a global high-tech organization, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to innovative, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and gradually lead recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional creative sourcing channels

• Conduct phone interviews and assist in interview coordination and process management

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

• Support recruitment activities for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiatives

• Collaborate with external placement agencies when needed

• Contribute to TA projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements (including AI and automation tools)

Requirements:

• Current Master’s student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field

• Availability for 80% position (4 days a week or equivalent)

• Previous experience in recruitment / HR / customer-facing roles – advantage

• Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter – advantage

• High level of English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Curious, proactive, and open to innovation and the use of AI tools in recruiting
