HR Recruiter - 80% Student Position

We are looking for a motivated Master’s student to join our global Talent Acquisition team at Stratasys.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and related programs within a global high-tech organization, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to innovative, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and gradually lead recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional creative sourcing channels

Conduct phone interviews and assist in interview coordination and process management

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Support recruitment activities for contractors, students, internships, and internal mobility initiatives

Collaborate with external placement agencies when needed

Contribute to TA projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements (including AI and automation tools)
Requirements:

Current Master’s student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field

Availability for 80% position (4 days a week or equivalent)

Previous experience in recruitment / HR / customer-facing roles – advantage

Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter – advantage

High level of English, both written and verbal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Curious, proactive, and open to innovation and the use of AI tools in recruiting
