Stratasys is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our global IT and Digital functions in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

 

The CIO will shape and implement a scalable, secure, and business-driven technology roadmap that supports the company’s operations, growth, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity with a strong grasp of business processes and the ability to manage global IT operations effectively.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and lead the company’s global IT and digital strategy in alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Lead and grow global IT teams across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and information security.
  • Oversee modernization and performance of core platforms: ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, BI, and integration tools.
  • Ensure enterprise-grade cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance across all systems.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams — including GTM, Operations and Corporate functions — to drive process efficiency and support digital enablement across the organization.
  • Ensure scalability and resilience of IT systems and operations in a global, multi-site environment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and business agility.
  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Define performance KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure high service levels across all IT services.
  • Lead vendor strategy, license management, and major systems implementation and upgrades.

 

 

Requirments:

 

  • Proven leadership experience (15+ years) in IT roles within global technology and manufacturing organizations, with at least 5 years at an executive level.
  • Strong background in enterprise applications and deep understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Track record of successful delivery in complex, multi-regional organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and global IT governance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on and proactive management style.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving, high-innovation environment, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term strategic planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Engineering)
  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

 

Travel required: 20%
