The position summary: Stratasys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing to manage digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of campaigns in the innovative world of 3D printing, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and generate impactful results.

As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns using leading paid media channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta and others. Using different tools and methods to analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
You will collaborate with internal teams and to ensure campaigns run efficiently, meet KPIs, and support overall business objectives.

 

What you will be doing:

    • Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Own the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to meet KPIs.
    • Analyze campaign performance data using CrazyEgg, Marketo, and Datorama, and provide insightful recommendations to improve outcomes and inform future campaigns.
    • Collaborate with marketing, lifecycle, digital experience, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize campaign delivery to ensure seamless execution, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
    • Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies.
    • Manage hands-on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, tailoring strategies and execution to target high-value accounts and drive personalized engagement.
    • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, best practices, and new tools to keep Stratasys at the forefront of B2B marketing innovation.

 

Must have:

    • 1-3 years of experience managing B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on platforms like Google and LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, X and Meta.
    • Ability to interpret complex data sets and use insights to optimize campaign strategy and optimizations.
    • Experience in global marketing campaigns, understanding nuances of international markets and localization.
    • Strong understanding of creative best practices for B2B marketing, with an emphasis on lead generation and engagement.
    • Experience running A/B tests and using results to optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset.
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey campaign performance and insights to diverse stakeholders.

 

Nice to have:

    • Experience working at a technology company, especially in manufacturing or tech.
    • Background in content marketing to align campaign messaging with broader brand strategies.
    • Experience with ABM strategies and execution.
