We are looking for a collaborative and insightful BI Marketing Analyst to join our global digital marketing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and refine data-driven insights to support and enhance marketing strategies and performance. Your expertise in creating user-friendly datasets, dashboards, and reports—while working closely with the global marketing team—will help shape digital marketing initiatives, foster engagement, and drive meaningful insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain intuitive data visualization dashboards to support marketing leaders in evaluating campaign performance and refining strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data insights. 
  • Build and maintain data models that enhance reporting accuracy and streamline analytics capabilities. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and develop practical, user-friendly data solutions. 
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends and insights that drive informed decision-making. 
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analytics. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful, actionable updates to relevant teams. 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • At least three years of experience in BI reporting, data analytics, and insights. 
  • Proficiency in QlikSense/Datorama—experience with data visualization and reporting tools is required. 
  • Strong SQL skills for data organization and optimization. 
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data interpretation and modeling. 
  • Experience with ETL tools to simplify data integration and workflow automation. 
  • Ability to collaborate in a supportive and dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects with care and attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams. 
  • Highly organized, with the ability to simplify complex data and communicate key findings effectively. 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a talent for presenting insights in an engaging, accessible way. 
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on making data understandable and relevant for a variety of audiences.
