About the role

  • The ideal profile of Regional Sales Manager is set to be able to lead a team to drive our Go-To-Market strategy and Sale Revenue in South China region.

You should be/have

What Will You Do:

  • Responsible for all Stratasys sales activities in the South China. Drive resellers &partners acquisition
  • Lead a team to manage and develop Stratasys business (direct sales/channel) to target key customers in industrials, healthcare/medical device consumers etc. Especially for key industries like Automotive and Aerospace.
  • Meeting Revenue, profitability, growth, and market share targets in this region
  • Responsibility for short and long-term performance of direct or channel sales in terms of revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and manage marketing and sales processes with lead generation and qualification, product selection and sales process, negotiations and closing of deals.
  • Collaborating with various functions such as Application team, Marketing team, Customer Support team, Channel Development to ensure sufficient resources for the vertical market, and to align with the company goals and processes.
  • Regional industry responsibility:
  • Highest responsibility on behalf of Stratasys, for any event or need, to be addressed in the region. For example, market analysis, competition, customer requirement and escalation etc.
  • Building and strengthening Stratasys brand and present in the region.


What Will You Have to Be Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years+ business to business enterprise sales experience in the territory
  • Experience in channel management, direct sales, and sales management experience a plus
  • Must have a solid sales track record of success, strong customer relationships
  • Strong leadership, past experiences in working in a high tech, highly dynamic and rapidly growing environment where Change Management and Adaption to Change is a key.
  • Aggressive, results driven and self-motivating, independent
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Open minded, proactive, detail-driven, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and extremely dynamic environment and deliver in stressful situations.
