Stratasys is currently seeking a Product Support Manager.  In this position will work with the Stratasys Business Units in a matrix reporting line to support the products in New Product Introduction, continuous improvement, and be the escalation point to solve complex customer issues.  You will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experience and quality for their supported product lines.  A couple other jobs duties will include:

  • Responsible to support the lifecycle of supported equipment through alignment with the business unit to include pre- and post-production through end-of-life phases.
  • Ensure that product line operational policies, procedures, workflows, and reporting formats are established and maintained
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situation and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Proactively manage expectations of customers and field operations in cooperation with regional sales, business units, and customer support team


As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State



  • 4-Year Degree in Engineering or Technical field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical service position with a focus on electro-mechanical equipment
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service position focusing on customer needs
  • Proficient experience in software and database applications
  • Proficient experience in development and implementing service programs requiring customer research and competitive analysis strategy execution



  • Proficient experience in technical writing and documentation
  • Proficient experience in presentation skills to be able to deliver technical training
  • Proficient experience in technical training
