Stratasys Direct Manufacturing is currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Poway, CA facility.  In this roll you will perform both physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of products, materials, parts and supplies.  You will get to check goods received for distribution against purchase orders or invoices.  You will maintain records of goods and reject any unsatisfactory items.  Package and prepare products for final shipment and post weights and shipping charges.  You will be required to lift some heavy items and use a forklift.  Some of your other duties will include:

  • Reviewing work instructions for special packaging needs.
  • Understanding both domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Use of hazardous material requirements – including labeling.


As a part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 



  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Basic English speaking and reading skills



  • Forklift certified
  • Knowledge of UPS or FedEx software
