Interested in working with an amazing technology company?  Working with our Urethane department and supporting our Aerospace customers, Stratasys is looking for you to join our team!

 

Stratasys is looking for an Administrative Assistant to partner with our production team in our Poway, CA location.  In this role, you will be able to provide administrative support that will include communications, scheduling, and additional day-to-day administrative tasks.  You will be part of an amazing team and contributing to the success of our parts division in this role.  A few other job duties will include:

  • Clear and effective communication to internal customers and keeping them updated on project status and manage expectations
  • Print out work orders and labels, including inspection sheets
  • Coordinate the communication between Production Supervisors to ensure jobs in the shop are moving forward and according to schedule
  • Set up and host daily production meetings

 

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • 1+ years of experience with computer software such as Office Suite or an ERP system

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
