In the position of Senior Inventory Control Specialist, you will have responsibility of leading the daily coordination of work activities to include security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and systems review.  You will own and be responsible for the overall cycle counting program, conducting physical inventories and leading cycle count root cause and corrective action activities.  This role will coordinate implementation of Engineer Change Orders (ECO’s) within operations.  


Other duties and responsibilities are:

•    Owns and is responsible for cycle counting reporting (internal and 3PL's) (weekly and monthly reporting), process improvements and overall cycle counting program; lead physical inventory process if needed
•    Identifies and leads projects that increase inventory accuracy and drive towards root cause and correct action
•    Develops and executes replenishment strategies
•    Collaborate with Operations to resolve material balance issues and put corrective measures in place
•    Engineering Change Order (ECO) coordinator as it relates to changes impacting operations
•    Execute quarterly E&O process

•    Point of contact for floor changes (kanbans, labeling, sizing) related to ECO’s
•    Organize inventory locations and maintain bin locations in ERP system
•    Responsible for IT related activities such as data loading and bar code creation
•    Execute inventory transactions as assigned and complies all transaction for data entry
•    Identify and drive continuous improvement
•    Back up shipping, material handling and receiving team as needed

•    Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
•    Attend all required company training

•    Other responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager



•    5+ years of experience inventory control in a manufacturing / warehouse environment
•    Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    Proficient experience in Oracle 
•    Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams with excellent communication skills, and execution skills
•    Advanced knowledge of inventory control best practices



•    APICS Certification
•    Lean manufacturing knowledge and tools
