Stratasys is seeking a Returns Coordinator for our Plymouth warehouse location.  In this role you will be responsible to oversee the review, reconciliation and management of the customer & supplier materials & systems returns. 

 

Other duties would include:
•    Use of computerized systems to coordinate and research orders and document information regarding the customer returns
•    Ensures return conditions are accurate by documentation of orders and return forms
•    Oversee and ensure the accurate records and tractions in ERP
•    Provides reconciliation and analysis

•    Works with cross functional teams to support company procedures associated with record integrity
•    Support quality assurance documentation and reporting
•    Maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the returns process
•    Generate productivity reports as required with low administrative burden

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
•    High School Diploma or equivalent  

•    3+ years’ experience in order management, operations, or customer service
•    Intermediate knowledge of inventory or production control, and MRP in a manufacturing environment
•    Basic experience in ERP is required, preferably in Oracle
•    Fundamental experience in quality systems (i.e. 5S and lean practices) and driving change

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•    CPIM certification  
•    Associates Degree
 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10%
