The Stratasys Summer Internship Program is a 12-week paid experience from May to August that lets you make an impact from day one. The Logistics & Fulfillment Internship offers an engaging, hands-on opportunity to launch your career in supply chain operations at Stratasys! In this role, you’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of material movement—from inbound receiving and warehouse operations to production fulfillment and outbound shipping. You’ll work closely with experienced logistics professionals, learning how to support a world-class additive manufacturing organization through accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As an intern, you’ll develop skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, material flow, production line replenishment, order fulfillment processes and transportation management. You’ll also gain practical experience operating warehouse equipment, solving real operational challenges, and supporting projects that improve productivity, quality, and safety.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Support material replenishment activities for production lines, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of components
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies
- Learn and support workflows within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Procurement, and Transportation
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decisions related to warehouse layout, order processing, and material flow
- Shadow logistics and warehouse leaders to learn best practices in operational management
- Contribute to special projects, including process documentation and KPI development
Must-Haves for This Role
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Must have completed at least two years of college (entering Junior or Senior year by Spring 2026)
- Strong interest in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for understanding process flow and operational root causes
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with hands-on tasks, data, and problem-solving activities
- Open to constructive feedback and capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Local to Minnesota or able to relocate (without assistance) to the Plymouth, MN area
Nice to Have
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory control tools
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement concepts
- Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics
Travel Requirements: Between MN Stratasys office sites

Additional Information:
For this position, the base salary is $20.00 per hour.
