The Injection Molding Sales Specialist will focus on business development and supporting activities. 

What you will be doing:
Drive New Business

•    Identifies opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers
•    Assist Sales teams with winning new business:
o    Develop, implement, and track sales initiatives 
o    Follow up with quoted opportunities
o    Assist in technical conversations with customers
•    Log weekly activities and customer communications in SalesForce
Manage Quoting Process of New Opportunities
•    Point of contact to Customers and/or Sales for all new RFQ’s
•    Ensure new opportunities/RFQ’s are aligned with the IMS business model
•    Liaison between Sales, Customers, and Suppliers/Partners
•    Send RFQ’s to suppliers (others may assist)
•    Finalize customer quotations (other may assist)
•    Ensure customer requests requiring escalation are quickly shared with the appropriate parties in order to meet customer expectations  
•    Maintenance of department records including filing of quote folders, Quote-Log, and SalesForce
•    Conducts Risk Management meetings after thoroughly reviewing part geometry, specifications, and quality requirements to identify potential issues prior to accepting orders.
o    Defines and communicates technical requirements to Project Engineers and manufacturing partners to ensure successful execution 
Manage New Business Purchase Orders
•    Process new business purchase orders, which includes:
o    Send order acknowledgements
o    Perform contract and PO review (others may assist)
o    Conduct new project kick-off meeting (others may assist)
•    Provide input and/or implement solutions to company practices in order to improve efficiencies and streamline work procedures  
•    Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
•    Attend all required company training
•    Demonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values.
•    Other Responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager


Must have for this role:
•    3-5 years sales experience
•    2+ years of experience in an industry related role
•    2+ years of experience working in MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Ability to communicate professionally to a variety of external/internal customers in both written and verbal forms
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and effectively 


Nice to have: 
•    2+ years selling, quoting, and/or project management of plastic injection molding projects


Travel required: 50% domestic
