The 3D Print operator will be responsible for  our fleet of industrial 3D printing machines and ensure that printed parts are efficiently removed from machines, cleaned, tested and finished as required.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Operation and monitoring of 3D Printing machines and post-processing equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe operating environment
  • Adhering to strict health and safety requirements (e.g. wearing PPE when required, handling materials in accordance with COSHH) and to maintain strict confidentiality

 

Minimum

  • 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or 3D printers (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).
  • English proficiency (verbal and written) to follow instructions, document processes, and communicate with team members.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating and monitoring 3D printing equipment and recording production data.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in 3D printing or additive manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 2) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment).
