The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for building and executing global demand generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on campaign execution, ensuring demand generation programs are innovative, data-driven, and scalable. The Senior Campaign Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and sales and continually optimize campaigns to accelerate results.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning
    • Develop integrated, full-funnel demand generation strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion) that support global growth.
    • Partner with stakeholders across the marketing department to align demand generation activities with company-wide objectives.
    • Lead the strategic development of ABM demand generation, including defining KPIs, campaign frameworks, and measurement approaches.
    • Guide prioritization of campaign themes, channels, and budgets.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, digital ads, content syndication, webinars, and events.
    • Manage ABM demand generation campaigns end-to-end, including launch, monitoring, optimization, and asset creation.
    • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.
    • Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization in partnership with analytics.
    • Develop testing roadmaps (A/B tests, creative variations, messaging) to maximize performance.
    • Collaborate with content, creative, and product marketing to ensure assets are campaign-ready.
  • Stakeholder Education & Enablement
    • Educate internal stakeholders on campaign performance and best practices.
    • Provide training on analyzing results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Share insights and recommendations to strengthen cross-functional marketing execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Mentorship
    • Mentor and support marketing team members in campaign execution and performance management.
    • Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and measurement.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results within the demand generation function.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on demand generation, paid media, and lead generation.
  • 3yr minimum in B2B ABM and demand generation with a track record of planning and executing measurable, multi-channel campaigns.
  • 5yrs experience panning strategy and  plan strategy and executing campaigns hands-on.
  • 5yrs yrs mininum in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit.
  • Experience with full-funnel campaigns (brand awareness through conversion).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing campaigns through testing, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to mentor team members and partner with senior leaders to drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

 For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $80,000- $110,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
