At Stratasys, we are seeking an Order Operations Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and accurate order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to support revenue execution, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and enjoys solving problems that directly impact customers and revenue flow.
What You’ll Do

Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP and order management systems

Ensure pricing, quantities, shipping terms, and required documentation are complete and compliant prior to release

Monitor orders through fulfillment, proactively resolving discrepancies or delivery issues

Manage order holds, releases, and modifications in accordance with company policy

Support internal stakeholders with order status updates and documentation requests

Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution

Maintain clean, audit-ready order records and system notes

Support the online customer Hub experience, including order-related tickets, user access, and account troubleshooting

Identify process gaps or data inconsistencies and communicate improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent professional experience

2+ years of experience entering and maintaining order data in ERP or order management systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mid- to large-sized organizations

Familiarity with order-to-cash or supply chain processes

Experience working with Oracle and Salesforce
Compliance Requirement
This position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or otherwise eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $45,054 to $56,609, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
