Stratasys is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives at the intersection of Learning & Development, Change Management, and Project Execution.
This is a high-impact opportunity to play a central role in shaping how our global workforce learns, grows, and adapts in a time of transformation and innovation.
Location:Hybrid/Minnetonka, MN
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development – 60%
- Design and deploy scalable learning programs, including on-the-job training, eLearning, and blended models.
- Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to close skills gaps and build future-ready capabilities.
- Apply adult learning principles to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and retained.
- Monitor success through coaching tools, feedback loops, and development plans.
Change Management – 20%
- Partner with HR and business leaders to lead people-centered change initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies and change roadmaps that drive adoption and readiness.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, resources, and action plans.
Project Management – 20%
- Lead HR-focused projects from concept to completion.
- Create timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates to ensure initiatives are on track.
- Align execution with business goals, maintaining agility and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in L&D, change management, or HR program/project management.
- Demonstrated success in implementing learning strategies and leading change.
- Strong project management skills; PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with compliance training and LMS systems.
- Experience with instructional design and digital learning tools.
- Consulting background or exposure to HR transformation initiatives.
- Comfort using metrics and KPIs to evaluate training impact.

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $85,000- $120,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
