The Global HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting HR systems, processes, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle. This position is responsible for executing and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS, managing onboarding and offboarding operations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal policies. The role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience while driving operational efficiency. The HR Operations Specialist also supports HR reporting, compliance audits, and special projects including M&A activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
HR Operations & HRIS Systems, Data & Process
- Maintains and updates employee records and data within the HRIS systems with accuracy
- Executes on all HR transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and reclassification within the HRIS and other business systems
- Ensures that all employee personnel files are maintained and up to date according to business record retention policies
- Collaborates with the HR, Payroll & IT teams to evaluate & execute effective HR Operations process and systems to support the organization
- Supports HR team with HR Data reporting requests as assigned
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinates communication of onboarding between the Talent Acquisition team, HRBP, manager & new employee to ensure a positive new hire experience
- Executes the operational aspects of on-boarding newly hired and acquired employees including but not limited to; communication, execution of background checks & drug testing, execution of offer letters, data entry, new hire paperwork tracking and completion
- Administers all operational aspects of the off-boarding process including but not limited to; HRIS record updates, filing of all employee paperwork, payroll reporting, severance tracking.
HR Projects
- May support or lead Global Projects related to HRIS, HR process, compliance, etc.
- Support of M&A activities including; onboarding of newly acquired employees, tracking severance for exiting employees as a part of divestitures, etc
Other
- Supports HR Partners with interview and new hire orientation scheduling, etc.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement to identify potential areas of opportunity or risk with respect to employee engagement/retention, compliance, HR quality improvement, and cost reduction
- Builds strategic relationships with relevant business partners including HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Finance
- Demonstrates commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling Stratasys values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related HR functions
Travel required: Periodic travel between local facilities.

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $54,000 -$64,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
