Stratasys is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Group.
Our priority is to help our customer-facing sales team sell more effectively and efficiently through data, analytics, and process improvement. We work closely with leadership to drive and implement our sales strategy, as well as leadership across Finance, Product, Operations and more. The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, approach tasks with a strategic mindset, have an enthusiasm to tackle any challenge, and a track record of results.
In this role you will be part of the Revenue Operations group and will oversee the following:
- Design and Implement process changes to improve multiple Marketing & Enablement tools, with a focus on Salesforce.com, Marketo, and ZoomInfo.
- Troubleshoot and support design enhancements around key CRM functionality including Lead Distribution, Pipeline Management, and Sales Attainment.
- Support CRM adoption and manage ongoing engagement with IT including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reporting and dashboards
- Partner with sales leadership and other cross-functional teams on initiatives including (but not limited to) business reviews, pipeline reviews, and sales incentive administration
- Effectively communicate processes and results to business leaders
- Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions and recommendations to improve performance
- Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce new user training and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Marketo.
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement and reporting within a sales or marketing operations function.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including executing process changes and CRM enhancements.
- Ability to assess the impact of system changes on Salesforce.com and related applications.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales leadership, finance, and IT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Certification.
- 3+ years of experience managing data within Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and automation.
- Experience working with Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Showpad).
- 1+ years of experience with territory alignment or target setting.
- Prior sales operations experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Formal project management experience (e.g., Agile, PMP, or similar methodologies).

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $80,000 to $90,000 base salary, which does not include incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
