The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across our key verticals (Manufacturing, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace). This role is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional eager to develop deep industry expertise while supporting campaigns, events, customer programs, and content initiatives that drive demand and elevate the Stratasys brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Campaign & Project Support
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars - including logistics coordination, promotional support, on-site execution (when required) and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely development and delivery of campaign assets (emails, social posts, digital ads, landing pages, etc.).
- Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting, maintaining key dashboards and metrics.
Event & Tradeshow Coordination
- Support planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars including logistics, promotional activities, and follow-up including on-site execution.
- Manage event collateral needs and onsite brand presence in collaboration with marketing operations and brand teams.
Content and Operational Support
- Own key tactical duties such as PO requests, content and digital support requests, budget management and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate project timelines, content calendars, and campaign briefs to ensure alignment across teams.
- Basic graphic design support through Canva following core brand guidelines.
- Help gather customer stories, testimonials, and visuals to support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure vertical marketing resources are current, organized, and accessible to marketing, sales, and channel teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing; preferably in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors.
- 2 or more years’ experience supporting campaign execution, event logistics, and content development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry knowledge or experience
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience with Canva or other basic design tools
Travel required: 15%

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $70,000- $80,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
