Stratasys is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Brand and Marketing Communications Director to lead our global messaging, content, and creative operations. This role is central to how we communicate our value as a global leader in additive manufacturing—across industries, regions, and customer segments.

As part of the global marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a consistent and scalable brand presence. You’ll oversee the messaging hierarchy, content development, and creative execution across all marketing channels—supporting business units, regions, and corporate initiatives.

At Stratasys, content and brand are not just communication tools—they are key drivers of business growth.

We’re looking for a leader with a solution-focused mindset—someone who creates clarity out of complexity, improves processes, and builds efficiency. Know how to streamline collaboration, connect cross-functional teams, and turn strategy into execution with a high level of precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global brand messaging and content strategy across all platforms and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market needs.
  • Manage and scale the content, creative, and vendor ecosystem—including writers, designers, and agencies—to deliver high-quality, consistent, and on-brand materials.
  • Develop a clear, structured messaging hierarchy and narrative framework that supports brand differentiation across industries and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, regional marketing, and sales to align content with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and the customer journey.
  • Establish editorial planning and content production processes to support a high-volume, multi-channel content operation.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure global brand consistency across all visual and verbal content assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing focused on content, brand, or related functions.
  • 5+ years in a leadership position (preferably in large organization).
  • 5+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and creative partners.
  • 3+yrs experience in B2B content or brand strategy, applying high storytelling and creative standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Deep understanding of brand management, messaging architecture, and audience segmentation.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
