Stratasys is looking for a a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager LATAM to lead financial operations across the region. This role is responsible for budgeting, P&L analysis, OpEx management, treasury functions, and risk control. The ideal candidate will drive strategic financial initiatives, optimize processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Analysis
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management across Latin America.
- Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance profitability.
Risk Management & Treasury
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Implement and enforce credit management policies to mitigate financial risk.
- Develop internal controls to strengthen financial reporting and compliance.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Enhance finance-related workflows (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay) for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive automation and system improvements to optimize financial reporting and operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and HR teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights and financial modeling.
- Lead regional financial strategy for offices in Mexico and Brazil, including payroll and tax compliance.
Tax Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to optimize fiscal strategies.
- Monitor legislative changes that may impact financial operations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Oversee tax reporting and filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L analysis, treasury, and risk management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite, preferred).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
