The poistion summary: Stratasys is offering a role as: Logistics Coordinator EMEA based in Rheinmünster. You will be part of a team of four persons handling logistics and shipping for Stratasys in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). You are responsible for taking care of inbound, outbound, reporting, and daily tasks; you will coordinate with the Order Administration team, third party logistics warehouse, and other internal teams to facilitate that our operations in EMEA go smoothly.  


What you will be doing:  

  • Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems 

  • Evaluate and process claims made by customers 

  • Monitor the entire process of product movement 

  • Clarify goods inbound related issues with third party provider warehouse 

  • Solve Interface-errors between multiple IT-tools inventory related 

  • Maintain daily reporting tasks 

  • Focal point for internal and external queries  

  • Act as an absence replacement within the team for colleagues on leave 



Must-have for this role:  

  • ~ 3-5 years of work experience in the logistics area 

  • Degree or training (Ausbildung) in logistics would be an advantage, but we emphasize sufficient work experience and eagerness to learn more than formal education
  •  Knowledge and understanding of the relation between customs-shipments-Incoterms-Warehouse management system 

  • Knowledge of ERP Oracle is an advantage 

  • Flexible, hands-on mindset, quickly adapting to new situations 

  • Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so 

  • Proactive approach when dealing with customer complaints or requests 

  • Fluent German & English language skills
