• Own the growth and development of selected (and regularly reviewed) strategic industries and market segments

• Act as the primary bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure market-driven execution

• Build deep expertise in target industries, applications, customer workflows, and emerging trends to engage stakeholders on eye level

• Identify, prioritize, and drive strategic market initiatives that accelerate adoption and revenue growth

• Translate market needs into actionable product requirements and provide structured feedback to Product Management for NPI and roadmap decisions

• Develop scalable application concepts, use cases, and solution offerings tailored to industry-specific challenges

• Lead customer co-development projects, pilot programs, and lighthouse accounts with a clear path to replication and scale

• Create market-focused content, value propositions, success stories, and technical materials to support marketing campaigns, trade fairs and sales enablement

• Build and maintain an industry network, including key customers, partners, influencers and technology stakeholders

• KPI: revenue in target market(s), pipeline generation, solution adoption, long-term market growth
