We are looking for an experience Tactical Buyer to join our Procurement team in Kiryat Gat.

 

In this role you will:

  • Plan and execute procurement of raw materials from global contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Manage purchase orders end to end – from issue to delivery: Send purchase orders to suppliers, maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information, handle discrepancies in invoices, payment transfer and purchase orders
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the supply chain and production lines, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Confirm production/shipping schedules, monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Vendor day to day management, improve vendors performance, on-time-delivery responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business, logistics, Supply Chain or related field. B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity
  • Good knowledge in Office MS, familiarity with Oracle – an advantage
  • Excellent Teamwork skills
  • High customer service orientation
  • Fluent English
  • The position is located in Kiryat Gat
