Senior Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d)

(Home Office)

This role is responsible for the implementation and driving sales activities, including new accounts, managing existing accounts and executing plans to grow revenue in the region while maintaining customer satisfaction.

 

Main tasks

  • Maximize sales in the region with focus on hardware sales, but including also consumables and service sales
  • Acquisition of new customers in the segments of design, engineering and manufacturing
  • Identifying target markets and within target clients through to initiating contact identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders
  • Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximize sales and deliver accurate forecast
  • Support and of existing customers, by generating revenue through cross sell und up-sell activities
  • Support of channel business in all sales related topics
  • Support in lead acquisition
  • Development of user stories and
  • Delivering accurate forecast and reports as required by the management

 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Experience in Solution Driven Sales and/or Account Management
  • Demonstrate business development skills
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and a highly collaborative team player
  • Work independently and with minimum guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional English skills (spoken and written) and native in local language
  • International travel requirement about 50%
