The position summary: Recently established with a bold mission to accelerate the digital transformation of Dentistry and backed with disruptive new offerings, Stratasys Dental is looking for rock-star individuals to join our talented and growing team. The Dental Sales Manager, Italy will play a key part in supporting our bold growth plans in this segment. Working in close collaboration with the Dental Commercial Leader for Europe, this individual will execute the regional sales strategy, including Lead Generation, Channel Management, as well as establishing a Key Account and Key Opinion leader program. Bringing to the table your expertise in delivering as a trusted consultant to the dental industry, join our team and take part in defining the future of the Dental industry.
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for direct and indirect dental sales of hardware, related accessories, software, materials and service in your region
- Execute the sales strategy in Italy to meet and exceed sales revenue targets
- Conduct regular face to face meetings with resellers, customers and prospects, including key decision makers and senior management
- Scale the business in close collaboration with existing resellers as well as newly recruited resellers, including on-boarding, business plans and ongoing management and support
- Cooperate with the Segment Marketing Manager on marketing programs and customer events to meet lead generation and sales goals
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including regional trade shows and industry meetings
- Monitor the competitive landscape and work on action plans with your manager.
Must have for this role:
- You bring minimum 5 years of successful business/sales/account management in the B2B dental industry
- You are very familiar with the dental industry and you have a strong network within the dental industry in your region
- Your excellent communication, creativity and presentation skills in English (spoken and written) are in addition to your native-level proficiency in Italian
- You are flexible with the required domestic travel, approximately 50% (as required / flexible) and home office based in Italy
- Result driven, self-motivated and able to work well with others
Nice to have:
- Experience in dental 3D printing and digital dentistry is appreciated
Travel required: 50-70%
