In the position of Customer Relationship Representative, you will be responsible for all elements of the order management project and coordination processes within the Tooling & Molding team.  You will be the single point of contact to provide a consistent and positive customer experience. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess all requested order requirements, identify existing / predetermined compliance as well as customer and regulatory requirements and new or unique requirements
  • Organize and lead cross-functional reviews of requirements and identify document compliance for each department for each applicable requirement
  • Contract / PO review
  • Perform regular phone and email support to customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure customer requests requiring escalation are shared with the appropriate parties timeline in order to meet customer expectations

 

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years working in a CRM software, ex. Salesforce
