Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners at Stratasys are strong talent advisors, sourcers and selectors of top talent that meet or can grow into the skills for all positions and align to Stratasys cultural values. As a market expert, this position will be responsible for developing robust and creative recruiting strategies to fill positions across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and Human Resources to understand business objectives and translate these needs into creative Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Organize, plan, and manage, the entire recruitment life cycle 
  • Establish credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients and support and select the most qualified and diverse talent for roles.
  • Provide relevant accurate and timely information related to recruiting metrics and insights.
  • As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), contribute to recruiting initiatives including consistently exploring new and innovative approaches that improve Stratasys employment brand, client service delivery, and quality of hire.
  • Manage assessment process and evaluate skills and behaviors against job requirements
  • Provide a superb candidate experience and sustain a pipeline for diverse talent for future key positions.
  • Ensure compliance and Talent Acquisition requirements are met for all recruitment activity.

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years of related experience in lieu.
  • Minimum 5+ years full life cycle recruiting with mid/senior-level roles.
  • Experience creating effective sourcing strategies to include passive candidate outreach.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Successful track record of managing and closing hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience with technical roles
  • Strong client partnership and coaching skills.
