The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing remote support to our customers, resellers and field engineers for our 3D printers. This is the hub of our nationwide support system and we are looking for candidates who excel at making our customers happy through superb communication and technical troubleshooting. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and our technical center follows suit. If you possess the ability to multi-task and enjoy fixing and tearing apart machines, this is the role for you!
What you will be doing: As part of the Technical Support Center, our primary mission is to support our customers and provide an amazing customer experience. Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule: Hybrid; Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm
Must have for this role:
- 2-year degree (technical, electrical, mechanical or related field) or equivalent experience
- 1+ year experience providing customer support
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a technical support role
- Experience working with 3D printers
- Working knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
- Experience with remote troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a high metric environment
- Computer productivity software knowledge – CRM, CAD/CAM applications and database applications
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with conflict resolution with customers
