Are you a Sr Test Engineer ready to make an impact on the next generation of 3D printers?  This Engineer will lead testing of our products, including printers, components, and materials.  



  • Leads testing activities for R&D projects.  Creates test plans.  Accurately predicts completion dates and resource needs.  Prioritizes testing to meet the needs of the team.  Leads test technicians to efficiently complete testing and make improvements.  Resolves issues with tests, test equipment, and test data.  Analyzes data and clearly communicates test results and test status.  Writes clear, concise test reports that document test results.  Organizes test reports and data for easy retrieval.   
  • Drives improvements.  Develops and improves tests.  Assesses and improves test error.  Researches test methods and equipment.  Purchases and creates new test equipment.  Stays up to date on new test equipment and analysis methods.  Proactively improves our processes.
  • Proactively communicates schedule, budget, and status.
  • Consistently follows procedures for documentation and document storage and assures that all testing and documentation meet ISO requirements.



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master’s degree in the appropriate discipline with 3 years of experience, will qualify)
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of test experience



  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering degree preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time. 
  • Broad knowledge and experience in test equipment for electro-mechanical and materials testing. 
  • Experience designing tests, researching and selecting test equipment, leading technicians, and leading significant testing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work well with others.
  • Experience with statistical and data analysis tools - Minitab, DOE, gage R&R, Excel
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Vibration testing experience 
  • Previous experience with 3D printers.
